Salah satu error yang seringkali ditemui pada ip2700 adalah ERROR 5200. Penyebabnya adalah adanya lost connection antara cartridge dengan carriege (rumah catrik). 
Solusinya :
1. Bersihkan conector baik pada cartridge maupun carriege.
2. Ganti cartride warna (CL-811)
